Stainless steel squatting toilet water tank, stable installation of high water tank:
（1） First, cover the rubber bowl on the water inlet of the squatting toilet, and set it firmly. Tighten the throat with the finished product (or bind two wires with 14 copper wire respectively, but it is not allowed to compress and knot them on one wire, and the copper wire must deviate about 90 degrees).
(b) Clean the area around the reserved drain, remove the temporary pipe plug, and check whether there are sundries in the pipe. Find the centerline of the drain and draw it on the wall. Use the level to find the vertical line.
Put putty on the drain socket, squat under the toilet, pad with white extinction plaster, squat on the drain socket of the toilet, and enter the drain socket in the stable. At the same time, use the horizontal squatting pan to level vertically and horizontally. Align the water inlet of the Croucher with the center line of the wall. At the same time, both sides of the squatting pan shall be well wiped with bricks, and the putty in contact with the outlet of the squatting pan and the outlet of the drain pipe shall be compacted and wiped. The drainage pipe of squatting toilet is temporarily closed.
(c) When the stainless steel squatting urinal is installed stably, first check the elevation of the water outlet of the drainage pipe and the distance between the water outlet and the wall. Find out the standard ground, measure the required height of the good squatter upward, use a small straight line evenly, find a good wall distance, and then carry out the stable installation one by one according to the above methods.
(d) Stable installation of high water tank: after stable installation of squatting pan. First, check whether the center of the squatting pan is consistent with the center line of the wall. If there is any dislocation, adjust it in time, and it is better not to twist the squatting pan. Determine the position of the water outlet center line of the water tank, and measure the specified height upward (2m from the water outlet to the step surface). At the same time, combined with the distance between the fixing hole and the water hole of the high water tank, calculate the height of the fixing bolt, draw a cross line and tick on the wall. For the hole with a depth of 30 * 100mm, flush the sundries in the hole with water, insert the dovetail bolt into the hole and tighten it with cement. Hang the high water tank on the fixing bolt, add rubber pad and eye ring, and tighten the nut.
（5） The squatting type stainless steel toilet water tank shall be hung on both ends of the water tank according to the actual practice, and then the straight line shall be hung flat, straightened, and stably installed in the middle of the water tank.
(f) Connection of flushing pipe of high water tank: first, install the octagonal valve, and measure the size of the water inlet pipe in the middle of the octagonal valve. The short joint shall be installed at the splay sluice and the inlet pipe mouth. When breaking copper or plastic pipe, bend and simmer the lamp fork. Then the ball float valve and the eight character water gate lock mother unload, and return to the copper pipe or plastic pipe. Asbestos or oil lines are used at both ends, respectively, to the inlet and outlet locks of the ball valve and the eight character water gate mother twist.
(g) Installation of delay self closing flushing valve: the center height of flushing valve is 1100mm. According to the distance between the flushing valve and the rubber bowl, disconnect the 90 degree elbow of the flushing pipe to make the two ends meet. Remove the gasket valve lock and baffle and place them on the straight section of the flushing pipe. Insert the lower end of the elbow into the rubber bowl for 40-50mm, and fix it with the hose clamp. Then insert the upper end into the flushing valve, push the rubber ring, straighten and align it, and lock it to a proper position.
The wrench for the lever flush valve should be to the right. The button of the push-button flush valve should be facing directly.
